Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is excited to offer an opportunity for Polish-speaking individuals to join the customer service team in our Online Shopping Platforms Department. If you are passionate about e-commerce and delivering exceptional customer support, this role is a perfect fit for you.
As a Polish Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will assist Polish-speaking customers with their inquiries, helping them navigate online shopping with ease and confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to Polish-speaking clients through multiple communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to online shopping and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
- Document interactions accurately to improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve departmental goals and enhance customer experiences.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on products and services.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential. Please be sure to clearly state your nationality and native language in your Cover Letter and/or C.V.
- A genuine passion for customer service and helping others.
- Previous experience in customer service or e-commerce is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle inquiries and concerns with a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Desire to learn and develop within a fast-paced environment.
