
Nordic Speaking E-Commerce Customer Support Specialist

- Provide outstanding customer service to Nordic-speaking clients via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding online orders, product availability, and account management.
- Resolve product-related issues and manage complaints efficiently to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Guide customers through the purchasing process and educate them about promotions and returns policies.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company's product range and services to offer accurate information.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for service improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the online retail or e-commerce sector, is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
