  • Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
  • Assist customers with their queries related to the ride-sharing app, showcasing your problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
  • Provide guidance to users on how to maximize their experience with our app.
  • Document customer interactions accurately to improve service delivery.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance overall customer experience and service efficiency.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles is highly desirable.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities with a strong focus on customer satisfaction are necessary.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, capable of working in a fast-paced environment, is required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team is essential.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and ride-sharing apps is a plus.
