- Assist customers with their queries related to the ride-sharing app, showcasing your problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
- Provide guidance to users on how to maximize their experience with our app.
- Document customer interactions accurately to improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance overall customer experience and service efficiency.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is highly desirable.
- Proven problem-solving abilities with a strong focus on customer satisfaction are necessary.
- A proactive and positive attitude, capable of working in a fast-paced environment, is required.
