Responsibilities

  • Stay informed about telecommunications products and services through ongoing training.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Strong customer service skills, a genuine passion for technology, and excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude are highly valued.
  • A willingness to work in Athens, Greece, and immerse yourself in the local culture.
