We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Support representative to join our team. As a key member of our Gaming & Esports Department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to enthusiasts and professionals from the gaming community.

  • Provide expert customer support via various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to gaming products, services, and events.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, escalating them as necessary.

To excel in this role, you must possess strong communication and customer service skills, with fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish).

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • Previous experience in customer support roles, particularly in gaming or related fields, is preferred.
