Job Title: Swedish Customer Support Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent Swedish speaker to join our team as a Customer Support Representative.

  • As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for communicating with customers through chat and phone, answering how-to questions, troubleshooting issues, and creating an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires:

  • A native level of Swedish fluency
  • Advanced level of English proficiency
  • Excellent communication and soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills
  • Computer knowledge and technical savvy
  • Relocation to Crete, Greece (EU passport holder required)
