Customer Support Representative for Gaming

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate customer support representative to join our team in the gaming sector. This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about providing top-tier customer service to fellow gamers.

Job Description:

  • Assist customers with inquiries related to gaming products and services via various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Engage with customers to understand their gaming experience and provide tailored support.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the gaming or esports sector, is preferred.
  • Genuine passion for gaming and knowledge of current gaming trends and titles.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and commitment to delivering high-quality support.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced environment.
