Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Spa Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, as well as providing information about spa services and treatments.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with appointment bookings, cancellations, and changes.
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Maintain the reception area's cleanliness and professionalism, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints efficiently, maintaining high standards of customer service.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role within a luxury spa or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of English.
