We are seeking an Applications and Sales Engineer to join our team in Athens. As a key player in transforming how businesses achieve success, you will be responsible for delivering innovative industrial and technical solutions across dynamic industries such as Food & Beverage, Materials & Construction, and Oil & Energy.
Key Responsibilities- Identify new opportunities and develop new markets by promoting innovative technical solutions associated with gases.
- Work closely with sales, technical, and engineering teams to develop and implement new solutions and ensure timely & quality delivery of technical projects.
- Manage Major Accounts - Clients and deliver services to maintain high client satisfaction.
- Build and develop strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Lead contract negotiations, finalize agreements, and secure winning deals.
- Create, develop, and implement strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Drive revenue growth and improve profitability.
- Conduct business analysis and present recommendations to senior management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering (MBA will be considered as a plus).
- At least 2-3 years of experience in relevant positions preferably in industrial or technical environments - B2B sales.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- P&L responsibility and strategic planning expertise.
- Solution-oriented.
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to be polite and compassionate.
