The Manddynamic seeks a business leader for the store position of a major women's clothing chain for their new store in Maroussi.
Responsibilities:

• Providing high-quality customer service
• Ensuring excellent store image
• Supervising, training, and motivating team members
• Monthly and daily scheduling of the team
• Inventory management - orders and replenishment
• Recruitment of team members with the goal of achieving sales targets and checking products/replacements
• Organizing and creating a weekly program in collaboration with staff members

• Previous experience in retail sales
• Degree from the Technical Institute (TEI)
• Basic financial knowledge
• Excellent handling of cash register systems
• Leadership skills
• Excellent computer skills
