Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Applications and Sales Chemical Engineer to work closely with our sales, technical, and engineering teams to develop and implement new solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering innovative industrial and technical solutions across dynamic industries such as Food & Beverage, Materials & Construction, and Oil & Energy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new opportunities and develop new markets
  • Promote innovative technical solutions associated with gases
  • Work closely with sales, technical, and engineering teams to develop and implement new solutions and ensure timely & quality delivery of technical projects
  • Manage Major Accounts - Clients and deliver services to maintain high client satisfaction
  • Build and develop strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners
  • Lead contract negotiations, finalize agreements, and secure winning deals
  • Create, develop, and implement strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Drive revenue growth and improve profitability
  • Conduct business analysis and present recommendations to senior management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering. MBA will be considered as a plus
  • At least 2-3 years experience in relevant positions preferably in industrial or technical environment - B2B sales
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • P&L responsibility and strategic planning expertise
  • Solution-oriented
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking
  • Ability to be polite and compassionate
  • Accountable & well organized
  • Take initiative and be proactive
