Στο πλαίσιο της δυναμικής ανάπτυξης των δραστηριοτήτων της, η WATT + VOLT αναζητά Sales Support Adminstrator για τα κεντρικά μας γραφεία στο Μαρούσι.
**Responsibilities**:
Αποτελεσματική επικοινωνία με όλα τα εισερχόμενα Sales Leads του τμήματος Chargespot με σκοπό την επισύναψη συμφωνιών και την τοποθέτηση ηλεκτρικών φορτιστών
Τηλεφωνική και ηλεκτρονική επικοινωνία για αποτελεσματική διαχείριση αιτημάτων Πελατών με σκοπό την διακράτηση του υφιστάμενου πελατολογίου και την ανάπτυξη νέων πελατών
Ενημέρωση εσωτερικών αρχείων και reporting
Monitoring σε όλα τα στάδια της διαδικασίας έως την τελική έκβαση των Sales Leads
**Requirements**:
Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ
Τουλάχιστον 3 έτη σε αντίστοιχη θέση σε οργανωμένο τμήμα Call Center (Πωλήσεις ή/και Back Office)
Άριστη χρήση της Ελληνικής και Αγγλικής γλώσσας
Πολύ καλές διαπραγματευτικές ικανότητες
Ευελιξία και προσαρμοστικότητα
Οργανωτικό πνεύμα και ικανότητα αποτελεσματικής διαχείρισης πολλών tasks ταυτόχρονα
Εξοικείωση με νέες τεχνολογίες, συστήματα CRM και MS Office
Ομαδικότητα
Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
