We are currently seeking a skilled Retail Sales Advisor for our Protergia store in MAROUSI.

As a Retail Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for:

• Providing personalized customer support and excellent product knowledge
• Understanding customers' needs and offering suitable products/services
• Maintaining sales targets of the store and handling complaints efficiently
• Providing after-sales assistance and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Managing cash transactions securely and organizing store displays

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in sales environments
• Experience in the Energy Sector is an asset
• Continuous learning, adaptability, and attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
