We're expanding our presence in Greece and seeking a skilled Market Growth Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial for driving revenue growth and market share by building strong relationships with key decision-makers and promoting our leading HR software solution across various industries.

As a Market Growth Specialist, you'll work on a mix of inbound and outbound sales strategies. While engaging with qualified leads, your success will largely depend on your ability to proactively generate new opportunities through events, networking, referrals, and partner channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for the Greek market.
  • Proactively source new opportunities via outreach, networking events, referrals, and partner channels.
  • Drive sales by engaging with diverse customer personas, including recruiters, HR administrators, and C-level executives.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, including negotiating pricing and assisting with business case development.
  • Maintain accurate data records for accounts, opportunities, activities, and forecasts.
  • Stay informed about product roadmaps, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Contribute to long-term strategy by providing insights on market opportunities and trends.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in SaaS.
  • Track record in outbound sales and pipeline generation.
  • Strong understanding of the Greek HR landscape and ability to build relationships with local decision-makers.
  • Proactive, resilient, and results-driven approach.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and collaborative.
