As we continue to grow in Greece and internationally, we're looking for a Head of Marketing who can bridge data-driven decision-making with storytelling and brand building. This is a pivotal leadership role for someone who thrives in a performance environment but also knows how to create emotional impact through events and campaigns.

What you'll be doing:Marketing Strategy & Brand Leadership
  • Define and lead the annual and quarterly marketing roadmap and campaign planning.
  • Craft compelling brand positioning and messaging that resonates across audiences.
  • Ensure consistency across all communication touchpoints — digital, offline, events, and partnerships.
  • Guide the team across creative, performance, content, and brand efforts.
Team Leadership & Performance Oversight
  • Manage, mentor, and grow the internal marketing team.
  • Establish clear KPIs, campaign goals, and review processes across the team.
  • Foster collaboration across functions and ensure knowledge sharing between paid media and broader marketing efforts.
Growth & Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Align closely with the Performance Marketing Manager to optimize spend, acquisition performance, and LTV/CAC targets.
  • Monitor marketing KPIs and analytics dashboards to guide performance improvements.
  • Own the marketing budget and ensure reporting accuracy and insight generation.
Communication, PR & Event Activation
  • Lead high-impact activations including product launches, experiential campaigns, and seasonal events.
  • Act as a brand ambassador in PR, media, and strategic communications.
  • Ensure unified messaging and tone across all marketing and press materials.
Cross-functional & Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work closely with product, sales, operations, and commercial teams to drive integrated go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage relationships with creative agencies, media, influencers, and tech vendors.
  • Report performance and key insights directly to executive leadership.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in entertainment, ticketing, or consumer-facing tech companies.
  • Experience in managing multi-disciplinary marketing teams including performance and brand functions.
  • Strong analytical and business mindset — comfortable interpreting data and making insight-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills; fluent in Greek and English.
  • Proven ability to lead integrated campaigns across digital and physical channels.
Bonus Points
  • Experience in the entertainment or live events industry.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and modern martech stacks (e.g. GA4, HubSpot, Meta Ads).
  • Track record in hosting or supporting branded events and large-scale activations.
  • Strong network with media, influencers, or cultural partners.
