Marketing Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our marketing efforts. As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives business growth and revenue.

This is a pivotal leadership role for someone who thrives in a performance environment but also knows how to create emotional impact through events and campaigns.

About the Role:
  • Define and lead the annual and quarterly marketing roadmap and campaign planning.
  • Craft compelling brand positioning and messaging that resonates across audiences.
  • Ensure consistency across all communication touchpoints — digital, offline, events, and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, mentor, and grow the internal marketing team.
  • Establish clear KPIs, campaign goals, and review processes across the team.
  • Foster collaboration across functions and ensure knowledge sharing between paid media and broader marketing efforts.
Growth and Performance Metrics:
  • Align closely with the Performance Marketing Manager to optimize spend, acquisition performance, and LTV/CAC targets.
  • Monitor marketing KPIs and analytics dashboards to guide performance improvements.
Communication and PR:
  • Lead high-impact activations including product launches, experiential campaigns, and seasonal events.
  • Act as a brand ambassador in PR, media, and strategic communications.
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in entertainment, ticketing, or consumer-facing tech companies.
  • Experience in managing multi-disciplinary marketing teams including performance and brand functions.
  • Strong analytical and business mindset — comfortable interpreting data and making insight-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills; fluent in English.
