Job Opportunity

This role is ideal for individuals who wish to provide administrative support with hiring processes, assist with communications regarding employee absence documentation, maintain physical personnel records, and provide administrative support to the Payroll team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support with hiring processes once being trained to our HR system
  • Assist with communications regarding employee absence documentation and record them in the HR system
  • Maintain the company's physical personnel records
  • Provide administrative support to the Payroll team

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Eligibility to attend an internship program through your university or academic institution
  • An interest in HR Operations activities
  • Familiarity with MS Excel
  • Solid knowledge of the English language (written and oral)
  • Fast learner and team player
  • Great communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly self-motivated and methodical, with attention to detail
