Applications and Sales Engineer  (Athens territory)

General Mission

Responsible for delivering innovative industrial and technical solutions across dynamic industries such as Food & Beverage, Materials & Construction and Oil & Energy.  Execute strategic deals that make a real difference for clients and the company. Understand and match customer requirements with innovative and effective offerings.

Key Responsibilities 

- Identify new opportunities and develop new markets
- Promote innovative technical solutions associated with gases
- Work closely with sales, technical and engineering teams to develop and implement new solutions and ensure timely & quality delivery of technical projects
- Manage Major Accounts - Clients and deliver services to maintain high client satisfaction
- Build and develop strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners
- Lead contract negotiations, finalize agreements and secure winning deals
- Create, develop and implement strategies aligned with business objectives
- Drive revenue growth and improve profitability
- Conduct business analysis and present recommendations to senior management
 
Requirements 

- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering. MBA will be considered as a plus
- At least 2-3 years experience in relevant positions preferably in industrial or technical environment - B2B sales
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- P&L responsibility and strategic planning expertise
- Solution oriented
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking 
- Ability to be polite and compassionate 
- Accountable & well organized
- Τake initiative and be proactive
