Sol Group, a leading manufacturer and distributor of technical and medical gases, seeks an experienced Laboratory Gas Sales Expert to join its sales team. With over 110 years of presence in Greece, the company has established itself as a trusted partner for various sectors, including pharmaceuticals, academia, and industry.

About the Role:

  • Promote and sell laboratory gases and related services to new and existing clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including researchers, laboratory managers, and procurement teams.
  • Understand the product portfolio, provide technical guidance, and collaborate with technical teams to address customer queries and troubleshoot any issues.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or a related scientific/technical field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in laboratory-related products or services.
  • Familiarity with laboratory operations and the applications of scientific gases is highly desirable.

  • Market Analysis and Strategy: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Personality mainly focused on capturing new customers, while maintaining existing ones.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
