Job Overview:
We are seeking an Applications and Sales Engineer to join our team in Athens. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering cutting-edge industrial and technical solutions to our clients in dynamic industries such as Food & Beverage, Materials & Construction, and Oil & Energy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to tap into emerging markets
- Promote our innovative gas-related technical solutions to existing and potential clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customized solutions, ensuring timely and quality delivery of projects
- Manage major accounts, build strong relationships with clients, and deliver exceptional customer service to maintain high client satisfaction
- Lead contract negotiations, finalize agreements, and secure new business deals
- Develop and implement strategies aligned with business objectives, driving revenue growth and improving profitability
- Conduct thorough business analysis and present recommendations to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering; MBA is considered an asset
- At least 2-3 years of experience in relevant positions, preferably in an industrial or technical environment with B2B sales experience
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of P&L responsibility and strategic planning expertise
- Solution-oriented approach with advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a polite and compassionate demeanor
- Accountable, well-organized, and proactive attitude
