About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced Italian speaking customer support professional to join our team in Athens. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
The role involves providing support to clients via telephone, email or chat, using English when necessary. You will work closely with other experts to resolve open cases and maintain internal systems. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to new situations are essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- C2 level Italian language proficiency
- Intermediate English language skills (B2)
- High school diploma
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer support experience (online or in-person) is a plus
