In this role, you will assist Italian-speaking customers with inquiries related to home appliances, troubleshooting issues, and providing information on product features. Your expertise in communication and customer service will ensure that clients receive the assistance they need to make informed decisions.

This role requires relocation to Greece, and a valid EU passport or ID. A residency permit is not enough, unless you are already living in Greece.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support in Italian for home appliance inquiries
- Troubleshoot technical issues and address customer concerns
- Educate customers on product usage, maintenance, and features
- Document customer interactions accurately in the support system
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer experience
- Assist in developing customer support resources and FAQs
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Genuine interest in home appliances and consumer electronics
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Proficient in using customer support tools and software
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
