Αρμοδιότητες Υποψηφίων
- Συμμετοχή στην οργάνωση, συντονισμό και παρακολούθηση της ομάδας
- Αξιολόγηση των ατόμων της ομάδας και εντοπισμός των αναγκών εκπαίδευσης
- Παρακολούθηση & παρακίνηση των εργασιών της ομάδας με στόχο την επίτευξη των συμφωνημένων στόχων βάσει των Δεικτών Απόδοσης (KPIs)
- Ευθύνη για τη διασφάλιση της τήρησης των πολιτικών και διαδικασιών της εταιρείας
**Requirements**:
- Απαραίτητη προϋπηρεσία σε ανάλογη θέση
- Ικανότητα επίτευξης στόχων σε συνθήκες πίεσης
- Άριστες επικοινωνιακές και οργανωτικές ικανότητες
- Δυναμική προσωπικότητα με κριτική σκέψη
- Διοικητικές ικανότητες (οργάνωση, σχεδιασμός, παρακολούθηση, έλεγχος)
- Γνώσεις CRM (ex: Siebel, Microsoft, Galaxy ) / Call Center Environment (ex: Genesys - Cisco)
- Άριστη γνώση Ελληνικών & Αγγλικών
- Προϋπηρεσία στο χώρο της Ενέργειας θα εκτιμηθεί
