Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support.

This role involves handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, and providing accurate and complete information to customers in a timely manner. You will also be required to promote additional products or services to existing customers based on their needs and interests.

In order to succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer service is preferred, but not essential.

Requirements:
  • Fluent/Native English speaker (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
  • Prior experience in customer service is an asset.
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
  • Competence in navigating computer systems and commonly used software applications.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
