  • Offer guidance, support and clarifications to the insureds, regarding the procedure to correct file claim

  • Effectively resolve disputes with insurance companies

  • Dully explain the planâs offered benefits and ways to optimize its full capacity

  • Support HR specialists in healthcare market and relevant issues that they should be aware of

What you need to have: 

  • At least 2 years of working experience in handling Health & Benefits claims queries

  • Strong knowledge of the Greek Health & Benefits insurance market operations and procedures

  • Alternatively 3-5 years of work experience in a Life Agency as either customer service expert or as back office administrator

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Effective negotiation skills

  • Avid user of technology

  • Proficient in both Greek and English

  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
