Περιγραφή Θέσης

Ο/Η κάτοχος της θέσης θα είναι υπεύθυνος/η για τον σχεδιασμό, την οργάνωση και την υλοποίηση εκδηλώσεων που σχετίζονται με έργα δημοσίου χαρακτήρα (ημερίδες, συνέδρια, ενημερωτικές δράσεις, τελετές εγκαινίων κ.λπ.). Θα συνεργάζεται στενά με δημόσιους φορείς, αναδόχους έργων και εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες, εξασφαλίζοντας την ομαλή και αποτελεσματική διεξαγωγή κάθε εκδήλωσης, σύμφωνα με τις συμβατικές υποχρεώσεις και το θεσμικό πλαίσιο.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Σχεδιασμός και εκτέλεση εκδηλώσεων βάσει των απαιτήσεων κάθε έργου
  • Διαχείριση χρονοδιαγραμμάτων, προϋπολογισμών και logistics
  • Συνεργασία με προμηθευτές (χώροι εκδηλώσεων, τεχνική υποστήριξη, catering, εκτυπώσεις κ.ά.)
  • Επικοινωνία με δημόσιους και ιδιωτικούς φορείς για την εξασφάλιση εγκρίσεων και αδειών
  • Σύνταξη και διαχείριση αναφορών υλοποίησης εκδηλώσεων προς τους αναθέτοντες φορείς
  • Συντονισμός ομάδας επικοινωνίας, τεχνικού προσωπικού και εθελοντών όπου απαιτείται
  • Τήρηση διαδικασιών σύμφωνα με τις προδιαγραφές δημόσιων διαγωνισμών και συμβάσεων

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ ή ΤΕΙ σε Επικοινωνία, Δημόσιες Σχέσεις, Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων ή συναφές αντικείμενο
  • Αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 3 ετών σε οργάνωση εκδηλώσεων, με έμφαση σε δημόσια έργα
  • Άριστη γνώση ελληνικών και αγγλικών (γραπτά και προφορικά)
  • Πολύ καλή χρήση MS Office και εργαλείων project management
  • Δυνατότητα μετακινήσεων εντός Ελλάδας & εξωτερικό
  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών έργων και πίεσης χρόνου

Επιθυμητά Προσόντα

  • Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος σε σχετικό αντικείμενο
  • Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε συγχρηματοδοτούμενα έργα
  • Γνώση διαδικασιών δημοσίων συμβάσεων και διαγωνισμών
