Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager, Events & Experiences to join our Athens-based team. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of event planning and execution. The ideal candidate will manage project timelines, budgets, and logistics; liaise with clients and vendors; conduct site inspections; and ensure each event meets the highest standards of quality.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in event planning, production, or hospitality
  • Strong project management and expediting skills
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Driver's license and flexibility to travel
  • Confident with computers and office tools
  • Creative, organized, energetic, and hands-on mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Leadership or team management experience is a plus
