The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced
Senior Digital Transformation Project Manager
to lead strategic initiatives in Asset Performance Management (APM) and enterprise technology transformation. This is a high-impact role where you'll provide governance, mentorship, and hands-on leadership for complex projects in industrial environments.
What You'll Do
Lead end-to-end digital transformation projects aligned with organizational strategy
Provide senior governance and oversight for APM implementations and technology integrations
Mentor project teams and build organizational capability
Engage with refinery operators, engineers, and stakeholders across all levels
Manage relationships across stakeholders and business units
Drive integration between APM platforms (GE Digital), ERP systems (SAP), and operational technology
Champion change management for sustainable transformation outcomes
What You Bring
Must Have:
Native/professional fluency in Greek (mandatory)
8-10+ years leading digital transformation projects
in industrial environments
Engineering degree (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical) OR Business/IT with relevant industry experience
PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent certification
Proven track record with ICT projects
Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills
Preferred:
Oil & Gas, Refining, or Petrochemicals experience
(or other process industries: chemicals, power generation, manufacturing)
APM/EAM system implementation experience (GE Digital APM, SAP EAM, etc.)
Agile/hybrid methodology expertise
Change management and organizational transformation background
