JOB TITLE

Digital Project Manager (Mid-Level)

JOB DUTIES

  • Coordinate internal resources and external partners for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Ensure resource planning and allocation across projects and teams.
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
  • Manage changes in scope, schedule and costs using appropriate control techniques.
  • Measure and report project performance using defined KPIs, tools and PMO processes.
  • Act as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams, maintaining transparent and proactive communication.
  • Perform risk and issue management to minimise project risks and anticipate delivery challenges.
  • Support the PMO by contributing to reporting, documentation and process improvement activities.
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with third parties and vendors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Master's degree preferred (in Project Management or related fields).
  • 3–5 years of experience in Project Management within software or digital environments.
  • Certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile (Scrum Master) is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery frameworks and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational and reporting abilities, with attention to technical detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and distributed teams.
  • Fluency in English and Greek (both written and spoken).
  • Ability to perform under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
