Role Overview

As a Project Manager at, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of projects - managing scope, timelines, and stakeholders - while also applying business analysis techniques to define requirements, assess opportunities, and ensure successful outcomes. You'll be the link between business strategy and execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven results and contribute to organization digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Conduct business analysis activities including requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, and process documentation.
  • Organize and follow the functional and technical groups and ensure the smooth collaboration between team members, ensuring optimal resource allocation and planning.
  • Translate business needs into clear and actionable project deliverables.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, requirements fulfillment, and deliverables quality.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Act as the link between business and technical teams, translating needs into actionable project outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Proven exposure to medium and large-scale IT and management projects.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on project management and/or business analysis experience in software development projects
  • University degree is compulsory
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Skilled at working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
  • Experience with PM and reporting tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel or similar).
  • Good knowledge across a variety of PM methodologies and practices (e.g. waterfall, agile, etc)

Nice to Have

  • Experience leading or supporting digital transformation projects (e.g. CRM, ERP)
  • Solid understanding of application design principles, architecture, and the integration between various system components.
  • PM accreditations (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. SQL, Power BI or equivalent technologies).
