The Role in Detail

The role involves supporting the coordination and management of internal digital transformation projects, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders and translating business requirements into actionable technical specifications. The successful candidate will contribute to project planning and development, perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and documenting minutes, and support software application processes including testing, documentation, user training, and helpdesk functions. Additionally, the role includes collaborating with vendors and partners to prepare bid proposals (RFIs, RFPs, RFQs) and monitor project delivery, while executing other duties as assigned by the Project Manager in a structured and efficient manner.

The key responsibilities of this role will include:

• Coordinating and tracking digital transformation projects, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring timely follow-ups on action items.
• Gathering and analyzing business requirements, converting them into detailed technical specifications for the development team.
• Supporting the full software lifecycle: preparing test plans, executing tests, documenting results, and training end-users.
• Managing project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and risk logs, to keep stakeholders aligned.
• Assisting in the configuration, rollout, and user adoption of CRM/ERP and other enterprise information systems to optimize business processes.

Must Have:

• Education: A BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience: 2-4 years of working experience in IT project management
• Technical Skills: Exposure in medium/large – scale enterprise application and data management projects
• Strong Project Management skills

Good to have:

• Experience in MS Dynamics 365 Applications (CRM, and/or Power Apps, and/or Power BI), or other CRM/ERP solutions
