The
Project Manager
will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering ERP and IT projects according to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring that each phase of the project lifecycle runs smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, client-focused, and experienced in managing technology-related implementations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of ERP and IT implementation projects (SoftOne ERP focused)
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with clients and stakeholders
  • Coordinate internal teams (consultants, developers, support) and allocate resources efficiently
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks or delays
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
  • Maintain strong communication with clients and manage expectations
  • Prepare and present project documentation, status reports, and post-project evaluations
  • Support pre-sales by assisting with project estimates and implementation planning
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within project teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT or ERP projects
  • Proven success in managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SoftOne ERP experience is a strong advantage)
  • Solid understanding of business processes (Finance, Sales, Inventory, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Fluency in Greek and good command of English

Nice to Have

  • SoftOne ERP experience or certification
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum)
  • Background in consulting or client-facing environments
