  • Επικοινωνία με προμηθευτές/παραγωγούς/χώρους για την υλοποίηση events

  • Έρευνα, στήσιμο και διοργάνωση events (quizzes, parties, conferences, presentations, - B2B/B2C, φυσικό κατάστημα, φεστιβάλ, χορηγικά, κτλ)

  • Διαχείριση budget, πληρωμών, ανθρωπίνου δυναμικού, ημερολογίου και εξοδολογίου με την καθοδήγηση του Marketing Manager

  • Δημιουργία retro και projection reports για κάθε δράση: Return Over Investment, Cost Breakdown, Reach, Sentiment Analysis, κτλ. για εσωτερική χρήση και επικοινωνία με συνεργάτες

  • Φυσική παρουσία σε events εντός και εκτός Ελλάδας με χρέη συντονισμού, φροντιστή, floor manager, εφορευτικής επιτροπής, ταξιθεσίας, ελέγχου εισιτηρίων ανά περίπτωση

  • Επικουρική επικοινωνία με συνδιοργανωτές/χορηγούς για τα διαδικαστικά των εκδηλώσεων με την καθοδήγηση του Marketing Manager

  • Project management εσωτερικά στην εταιρεία για την προετοιμασία events μέσω task management tool (καθοδήγηση για τη δημιουργία παρουσιάσεων, εκκίνηση marketing ενεργειών, σχεδιασμού design, κτλ.)

Καθεστώς:

  • 8ωρο 5ήμερο με δυνατότητα εργασίας και ΣΚ σε περίπτωση event (όχι εργασία πάνω από 5 ημέρες την εβδομάδα)

  • πληρώνονται έξοδα ταξιδιού και εκτός έδρας

  • δυνατότητα για κανονική πρόσληψη ή καθεστώς ελεύθερου επαγγελματία ανάλογα με την επιθυμία του εργαζόμενου
