Ο/Η Sales & Events Manager θα είναι υπεύθυνος/η για την ανάπτυξη πωλήσεων και τη συνολική διαχείριση εκδηλώσεων, από τον σχεδιασμό έως την υλοποίηση. Ο ρόλος απαιτεί δυναμική προσωπικότητα με εμπορική σκέψη, άριστες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και εμπειρία στον τομέα των εταιρικών και κοινωνικών εκδηλώσεων.

ΑΡΜΟΔΙΟΤΗΤΕΣ

  • Ανάπτυξη Πωλήσεων και Επίτευξη Στόχων

    Διαμόρφωση στρατηγικής πωλήσεων, προσέγγιση νέων πελατών και διαπραγμάτευση συνεργασιών.
  • Διοργάνωση Εκδηλώσεων και Δράσεων Προώθησης

    Σχεδιασμός, οργάνωση και υλοποίηση εταιρικών και προωθητικών εκδηλώσεων.
  • Επικοινωνία και Δημόσιες Σχέσεις

    Επαγγελματική παρουσία της εταιρείας σε εκθέσεις, συναντήσεις και τοπικές δράσεις.
  • Πραγματοποίηση και Οργάνωση Ραντεβού

    Καθημερινός προγραμματισμός και υλοποίηση επαφών με υφιστάμενους και νέους πελάτες.
  • Συνεργασία με τα Κεντρικά Πωλήσεων

    Άμεση ενημέρωση για εμπορικές συμφωνίες και αποστολή σχετικών αναφορών.
  • Διαχείριση Χρονοδιαγράμματος και Προτεραιοτήτων

    Οργάνωση ενεργειών βάσει εποχικότητας και αναγκών αγοράς.
  • Παρακολούθηση Ανταγωνισμού και Τάσεων Αγοράς

    Συλλογή στοιχείων αγοράς και παροχή feedback για ευκαιρίες ανάπτυξης.
  • Διαχείριση Εκδηλώσεων και Συνεδρίων Ολοκληρωμένος συντονισμός events, από τον σχεδιασμό μέχρι την υλοποίηση.

ΑΠΑΡΑΙΤΗΤΑ ΠΡΟΣΟΝΤΑ

  • Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση (προτιμητέα στον ξενοδοχειακό ή event/hospitality κλάδο)
  • Εμπειρία σε πωλήσεις B2B & B2C, καθώς και στη διοργάνωση εκδηλώσεων και συνεδρίων
  • Ικανότητα ανάπτυξης πελατολογίου και επίτευξης εμπορικών στόχων
  • Άριστες επικοινωνιακές και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες
  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών (γραπτά και προφορικά)
  • Άνεση στη χρήση MS Office (ιδιαίτερα Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών projects και εργασίας υπό πίεση
  • Επαγγελματική εμφάνιση, υπευθυνότητα και πνεύμα συνεργασίας
