As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving innovation projects that leverage cutting-edge technologies. You will take ownership of project initiation and management across the full innovation lifecycle, ensuring strategic alignment, timely delivery, and excellence in outcomes. In this role, you will lead interactions with internal and external, local and global stakeholders, providing direction, oversight, and guidance while managing project-specific information, tasks, and progress toward impactful results.

How You Will Achieve It

  • Lead monitoring and management of project progress against deliverables, milestones, and strategic goals
  • Drive stakeholder engagement, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment across diverse teams and partners
  • Oversee and guide project meetings, ensuring decisions are tracked and executed effectively
  • Develop and maintain project tracking, reporting, and communication materials, including KPIs and performance metrics
  • Prioritize, plan, and coordinate complex project tasks, balancing competing priorities and risks
  • Contribute to ideation and evaluation of new projects, bringing critical insights and recommendations
  • Oversee the organization of innovation events (e.g. conferences, workshops, meetups, presentations) with strategic impact
  • Lead or support the delivery of high-quality project presentations for senior internal and external audiences

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in STEM, Health, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in innovation, health, or technology projects, with demonstrated leadership responsibilities
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders in international environments
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Strong computer and MS Office skills, with ability to prepare executive-level materials
  • Outstanding organizational and communication skills, with a proactive, leadership-oriented mindset

Nice-to-Have

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in R&D or innovation-focused projects
  • Familiarity with Life Sciences and technology transfer processes
  • Experience in guiding or mentoring junior colleagues
  • Strong business and innovation acumen, with the ability to translate ideas into actionable project strategies
