We are looking for a talented Research & Development Senior Project Manager to drive key initiatives in advanced fields such as AI, Robotics, Data Analytics, Fintech, Smart Energy, and Circular Economy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation and management of EU HORIZON Research & Development projects, ensuring timely execution and compliance with objectives.
  • Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and partners to develop comprehensive and innovative R&D proposals.
  • Facilitate the dissemination and exploitation of R&D results effectively.
  • Formulate and implement strategic innovation plans for both public and private sector clients.
  • Drive the ideation and development of new products and services in the aforementioned technology domains.
  • Contribute to the overall direction of the company's R&D and product development efforts.
Requirements

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in successfully preparing and managing EU R&D projects.
  • An advanced degree (Ph.D. or MSc) in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Exceptional ability to link innovative research outcomes with business opportunities.
  • Strong familiarity with state-of-the-art technologies and advancements.
  • Creative and entrepreneurial mindset, with a focus on problem-solving.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Fluency in English and Greek, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
