We are seeking a
Sales Manager
who will play a pivotal role in positioning
Samos MGallery by Accor
as one of the most desirable destinations in the Aegean.

Job Overview
The
Sales Manager
will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, increase market share, and strengthen relationships with key partners across leisure, MICE, and corporate segments. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the luxury, leisure and lifestyle hotel market, excellent relationship management skills, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset suitable for a pre-opening environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor the hotel's sales strategy to maximize revenue and market penetration.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure business from key accounts, tour operators, travel agencies, and corporate clients.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and emerging trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international partners.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Revenue teams to ensure cohesive commercial efforts.
  • Represent Samos MGallery by Accor at industry events, trade shows, and sales missions.
  • Support pre-opening activities including pricing strategy, contracting, and brand alignment.
  • Uphold the standards and storytelling spirit of both MGallery and SWOT Hospitality brands

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of sales experience in the luxury, leisure or upscale hotel segment.
  • Strong knowledge of European and international leisure and corporate markets.
  • Proven track record in driving revenue and building long-term partnerships.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English (Greek or additional languages will be considered an asset).
  • Previous experience in a pre-opening project is highly desirable.
  • A passion for hospitality, storytelling, and meaningful guest experiences
