Ho.Re.Ca. Sales Manager (Ref. 6065/HSM/ESS/GR)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the strategic sales plan for the Ho.Re.Ca. channel.
  • Lead, guide, and develop the Ho.Re.Ca. sales team through on-the-job coaching.
  • Maintain close contact with the market through regular visits to key accounts and on-premise locations.
  • Monitor KPIs (sales performance, agreements, promotional activities, SKU distribution, portfolio development, etc.) and present reports to Senior Management.
  • Analyze performance indicators through BI tools (visits, strike rate, orders, coverage, etc.).
  • Conduct market analysis, assess competition, and identify emerging industry trends.
  • Negotiate and manage partnerships with wholesalers and on-premise accounts.
  • Coordinate effectively with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth execution of commercial activities.
  • Ensure correct implementation of commercial policy and company brand standards at the point of sale.
  • Participate in exhibitions, professional events, and promotional activities within the Ho.Re.Ca. channel.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • Postgraduate studies (MBA or Marketing Management) are desirable.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in senior sales roles within the Ho.Re.Ca. channel, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • Proven experience in team management and talent development.
  • Strong strategic planning and business analysis capabilities.
  • Excellent command of English and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Dynamic personality with strong organizational skills and a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills with customers.
  • Ability to travel as required.
