Sales Manager – U.S. Market

Location:

We are seeking an experienced
Sales Manager
to lead and expand our sales operations in the
U.S. market
.

This is a key role for a results-driven professional with a strong background in international sales, client relationship management, and real estate or investment products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting U.S.-based investors and partners.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closing.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, agents, and institutional investors.
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and management teams to ensure smooth project communication and delivery.
  • Conduct online presentations, video calls, and client meetings to promote the company's real estate portfolio.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum
    3–5 years of proven experience
    in international sales (real estate or investment sectors preferred).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in
    English
    (native or near-native level).
  • Strong understanding of the
    U.S. investment landscape
    and client expectations.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and online sales platforms.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA – an advantage).

Main tasks:

  • Team Management

  • Reports to management

  • Monthly reports for the company's clients

  • Working with the company's clients in signing management agreements

  • Management of sales agreements for apartments

  • Work with the company's legal team

Requirements:

  • Full time Monday-Friday

  • Physical work from the office in Athens

  • Availability to start immediately

  • Order and organization at a high level

  • Human relations and high communication skills

  • Ability to work in the CRM system for management

  • High level English (speaking/writing/understanding) -
