We're looking for an experienced and results-driven
Sales Manager
to lead our sales strategy, maximize the potential of our current team, expand our market presence, and ensure that athletes, teams, and fans have access to the best gear on the pitch.


What You'll Do:

  • Lead and Optimize:
    Manage and motivat
    e our existing team of passionate sales representatives to meet and
    exceed sales targets
    .

  • Strategy & Execution:
    Develop and implement effective regional and national sales strategies to drive profitable growth in the football equipment market.

  • Key Account Management:
    Oversee and manage relationships with key distributors, retailers, and major football clubs/organizations.

  • Performance Analysis:
    Track and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitive activity to identify opportunities, coach the team, and adjust strategies.

  • Product Expertise:
    Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to provide market feedback and ensure sales efforts align with product launches and campaigns.

  • Forecasting & Budgeting:
    Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenues and manage the departmental budget.


What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years
    of progressive sales experience, with
    2+ years
    in a sales management role
    leading an established team.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

  • Deep knowledge and genuine passion for football
    and the associated equipment/apparel industry is a significant advantage.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with
    Ninox
    and/or
    Odoo
    (or similar CRM/ERP software).

  • Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.

  • A
    Bachelor's degree
    in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
