We're Hiring: Sales Manager – B2B (SENDO Air Conditioning, HVAC & Refrigeration)
Location: Metamorfosis| Full-time | Europe-focused
IntercoolEurope is a leading provider of commercial andindustrial air conditioning and refrigeration solutions. We're lookingfor a driven and technically minded Sales Manager to help expand ourreach and serve our growing portfolio of B2B clients. If you have a backgroundin HVAC-R sales and enjoy working in a solution-oriented environment —this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective B2B clients
- Promote and sell air conditioning and refrigeration systems tailored to customer needs
- Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and client presentations to negotiations and closing
- Collaborate closely with technical and engineering teams to develop client-specific solutions
- Track market developments and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Represent Intercool Europe at client visits across your assigned territory

What We're Looking For:
- Preferably 5+ years of B2B sales experience in air conditioning, refrigeration, or HVAC
- Technical understanding of cooling systems, refrigeration cycles, and commercial HVAC products
- Strong management, interpersonal and negotiation skills – you're confident in front of clients
- Experience collaborating with and further developing sales teams
- Proactive, target-driven, and self-motivated with a solution-selling mindset
- Willingness to travel regularly across your territory or region
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a bonus
