Sales Executive

Responsible for the daily operation and performance of the Sales Department, ensuring revenue goals are achieved while delivering exceptional guest service and maximizing sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans that boost occupancy and revenue.

  • Build long-lasting relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners.

  • Represent our hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to craft irresistible packages and promotions.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.

  • Deliver exceptional service that reflects our hotel's commitment to excellence

  • Provide personalized assistance to guests, ensuring smooth booking experiences and promoting hotel services and upgrades.

  • Monitor and respond to guest feedback on review platforms (TripAdvisor, ) in a professional and brand-aligned manner.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or Reservations, ideally in 3*- 4* properties.
  • Proven experience in handling Group contracts and B2B accounts.
  • Knowledge of PMS systems (preferably Hotelizer) and channel management tools.
  • Excellent command of English & Greek; additional language is a plus.
  • Strong sales orientation, customer service mindset, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Flexible working hours.
