
Sales Manager

Zeus International Hotels and Resorts is seeking for dynamic and well-organized Sales Managers to join the team . The ideal candidate will actively contribute to the development of strategic partnerships, the achievement of occupancy and revenue targets, as well as the maintenance of excellent customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Proactively cultivate and develop strategic relationships within assigned market segments. Create comprehensive account management development plans, identify new contacts, and establish a trusted partner network.
- Monitor and achieve occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR targets.
- Analyze the market and competition to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain and develop partnerships with tour operators, travel agencies, and/or corporate clients and MICE accounts.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, workshops, sales calls, and networking events.
- Oversee key client accounts, ensuring top-tier service and satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any sales-related issues
Requirements
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar department within comparable hotels.
- Degree in Tourism or relevant education
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Greek and English

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment
- Organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
- Adaptability, teamwork and collaboration with other departments & Hotels of the Group
- Knowledge of hotel software and related applications (Protel, BI).
