We're looking for an ambitious
Sales Manager
to drive growth across the public sector, shipping, defense, and enterprise markets.

The candidate must be based in Greece.

What You'll Do


• Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, proposals, negotiations, and closing

deals.


•Manage, coach, and inspire a team of Account Executives, driving performance and professional growth


• Build strong relationships with government, defense, and enterprise decision-

makers.


• Develop strategic partnerships and uncover up-selling/cross-selling opportunities.


• Stay ahead of market trends and bring insights back to leadership.


• Represent us at industry events and conferences.

What We're Looking For


• Proven success in B2B or public sector/defense sales (cybersecurity/IT experience

preferred).


• Ability to navigate complex sales cycles, including RFPs and tenders.


• Strong communicator, negotiator,

and relationship builder.


• Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable working independently and scaling

processes.
