About the Role

As a Sales Manager in our ultra-luxury resort, you will be a key driver of commercial success, entrusted with developing and managing high-value business across leisure, corporate, events, and premium travel segments. You will represent the DNA of our property in the global market, cultivating relationships with top-tier partners, delivering exceptional revenue performance, and positioning the resort among the world's leading luxury destinations.

You operate with a strategic, entrepreneurial mindset—balancing market intelligence, relationship-building, brand stewardship, and sharp commercial execution. Your mission is to grow market share, optimize profitability, and ensure our resort thrives within a highly competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans across leisure, corporate, luxury travel agents, FIT, groups, and high-net-worth individual (HNWI) segments.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and drive incremental business to achieve and exceed annual targets.
  • Actively solicit, negotiate, and contract with key partners including luxury operators, DMCs, OTAs, consortia (Virtuoso, Signature, Traveller Made), and global travel professionals.
  • Conduct regular sales calls, roadshows, and participation in international travel fairs and industry events.
    Convert leads into long-term partnerships through proactive relationship management and personalized communication.
Account Management
  • Manage a portfolio of top-producing accounts, ensuring partnership satisfaction, performance growth, and strategic alignment.
  • Maintain detailed account intelligence, insights, production forecasts, and activity tracking.
    Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and performance audits with partners.
Revenue Optimization & Forecasting
  • Collaborate closely with Revenue Management to optimize rate strategies, distribution channels, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Analyze production reports, market trends, competitor pricing, and booking behaviors to drive informed commercial decisions.
    Monitor pace, pick-up, and segmentation performance ensuring alignment with hotel profitability goals.
Marketing & Brand Alignment
  • Work with the marketing team to ensure consistent storytelling, messaging, and visual alignment across all trade and B2B channels.
  • Contribute to content creation for sales kits, presentations, brochures, and digital assets.
    Support PR initiatives and assist with fam trips, media visits, and influencer stays.
Client Engagement & Guest Experience
  • Coordinate VIP bookings and ensure seamless guest journey for high-value clients.
    Conduct site inspections, property tours, and customized presentations for agencies, partners, and corporate clients.
Cross-Department Collaboration
  • Work closely with Operations, Reservations, Revenue, F&B, Events, and Front Office to ensure smooth execution of all contracted business.
    Participate in weekly commercial meetings and contribute to long-term business planning.
Your Skills & Competencies
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of exceeding sales targets in luxury hospitality.
  • Deep industry network and understanding of luxury travel distribution channels.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in reporting, forecasting, and CRM tools.
  • High adaptability, emotional intelligence, and cultural awareness.
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment.
  • Passion for luxury hospitality, service excellence, and refined guest experiences.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in a similar Sales Manager role within a luxury hotel or resort.
  • Experience working with global markets (e.g., US, UK, France, Middle East).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, PMS/CRS platforms, and revenue management concepts.
  • Excellent command of English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for fairs, roadshows, and sales missions.
