PartnerNET represents some of the largest ICT manufacturers, worldwide, offering complete business solutions to the SE market.
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team and lead our sales operations.
Strategic Role
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance, achieving growth targets, and developing a strong partner network. This role involves managing local sales teams, creating strategies, and fostering long-term relationships with partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Sales Strategy: Create and execute sales strategies that align with the company's objectives.
- Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and inspire sales teams to achieve outstanding results.
- Build Partnerships: Identify new business opportunities and nurture relationships with existing partners.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Monitor performance metrics and ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and insights to the Partner Sales Director regarding the team's performance.
Candidate Profile
- Proven track record in sales management or leadership roles.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Expertise in team leadership and partner relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
