We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Manager
to lead our sales department,
manage the sales team, and drive the execution of our commercial strategy. The ideal
candidate will play a key role in expanding our customer base, increasing revenue, and
maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a sales strategy that achieves company objectives.
- Lead, train, and support the sales team to ensure high performance.
- Monitor market trends and analyze competitor activity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Track KPIs and prepare regular reports for management.
- Manage B2B / B2C sales activities.
- Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, and commercial events.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership abilities and team management experience.
- Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Very good command of the English language.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the relevant sector.
- Additional foreign language skills.
- Experience managing customer portfolios.
