In this dynamic and rewarding role, the Sales Manager will be responsible for maximizing the hotel's sales potential and achieving revenue targets. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will manage allocated accounts and markets, ensuring that business is processed efficiently and delivered with excellence.

You will play a key role in day-to-day sales activities, focusing on building long-term, value-based relationships with clients that drive results. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a luxury resort experience, collaborate with a passionate team, and make a tangible impact on the hotel's growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically acquire and grow accounts while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts in the luxury hospitality market
  • Represent the hotel at designated business events and conferences and conduct sales presentations both in Greece and abroad
  • Provide regular performance and sales reporting, including insights from conferences and sales calls
  • Create and implement action plans for assigned accounts to meet and exceed revenue objectives
  • Understands the overall market - competitors' strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand, and knows how to promote effectively
  • Conduct thorough and innovative site inspections and familiarization trips
  • Plan and deliver account training sessions as necessary to enhance productivity and revenue
  • Drive collaborative marketing programs with key accounts while ensuring brand standards across all assigned channels
  • Ensure internal and hotel teams are informed about issues related to assigned accounts

Location:
Athens (travel when needed in Mykonos during the summer season)

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position in a luxury hotel
  • Results-oriented with the ability to effectively manage KPIs
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills as well as outstanding client relationship management experience
  • Excellent English and Greek communication capabilities in speaking and writing
  • IT savvy
  • A passion for guest experience and relationship building
