Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and penetrating new markets, with an emphasis on the maritime, energy, and industrial applications sectors. The role requires active participation in high-value commercial negotiations and the creation of commercial proposals that strengthen MAS Europe's presence and competitiveness.
This position demands autonomy, strategic thinking, and strong decision-making abilities. The Sales Manager will act as a strategic partner, contributing to sustainable growth and the expansion of MAS Europe's domestic and international presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales plans in existing and new international markets
- Manage key accounts and ensure high-level collaboration and customer satisfaction
- Expand the network of partners, representatives, and distributors
- Participate in high-value negotiations and support strategic projects
- Monitor market conditions, competition, and technological trends to introduce new solutions
- Prepare and present offers, contracts, and commercial proposals
- Collaborate with the technical team (Sales Support Engineers) for presales/after-sales support
- Regularly provide sales reports and proposals to Management
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering (MSc/MBA desirable)
- 4-5 years of experience in international B2B sales (Marine, Energy, Oil & Gas, Industrial Automation)
- Excellent command of English and Greek (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of CRM systems with the ability to manage CRM data, sales pipeline, and forecasting
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and contract management skills
- Strategic thinking and ability to develop new markets
- Availability for business travel
