Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Athens. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for supervising sales operations, managing sales teams, establishing strong relationships with clients, and developing strategic sales plans. Daily tasks include monitoring sales performance, conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring alignment with marketing strategies. Additionally, the Area Sales Manager will be expected to work closely with other departments to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Operations, Sales Management, and Strategic Planning
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships
  • Skills in Market Research and Identifying New Business Opportunities
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and departments
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a Plus
  • Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
  • Fluency in Greek and English is required
